About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Programme Manager to lead our compliance transformation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the compliance activities across multiple product domains, leading a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, robust, secure, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the compliance activities across multiple product domains, including transaction monitoring, screening, case management, and KYC.
  • Develop and implement a compliance roadmap, prioritizing engineering backlogs to maximize value delivered.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal departments to capture business requirements and facilitate the delivery of compliant solutions.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulators and auditors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Programme Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects against regulatory deadlines.
  • Experience in the financial compliance domain, including processes and tools related to transaction monitoring, screening, case management, and KYC.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of multi-disciplinary resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
