Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking for a challenging role in quality assurance? We are seeking a Programme Test Manager to join our Compliance team at Edenred PayTech.

About the Role:

We are a leading provider of payment solutions, and our Compliance team is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our services. As a Programme Test Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering test strategies and plans, coordinating quality assurance activities, and mentoring junior QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish test activities and work with internal and external teams to ensure effective quality assurance
  • Support the business in defining functional and non-functional test requirements
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business
  • Manage test environments and create test reporting

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in Programme Test Management, preferably with microservice architectures and web applications
  • Demonstratable experience across all types of functional and non-functional testing
  • Able to manage multiple work streams with good engagement and communication skills
  • Practical experience in test script development, load/stress/soak testing, workload modelling, performance monitoring, and test reporting
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, APIs, web services, databases, and message queues
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification (minimum)
