Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Test Manager to join our growing QA team at Edenred PayTech. This role will be aligned to our Compliance domain and will involve coordinating all quality assurance activities across a major programme of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement test strategies and plans to ensure high-quality delivery of programme objectives.
  • Design and deliver test scripts, test data, and test environments to support programme testing.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of testing activities.
  • Manage and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in Programme Test Management, preferably with microservice architectures and web applications.
  • Demonstrable experience across all types of functional and non-functional testing.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams, with excellent engagement and communication skills.
  • Practical experience in test script development, load/stress/soak testing, workload modelling, performance monitoring, and test reporting.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, APIs, web services, databases, and message queues.
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification (minimum).

  • Tools: Git, Maven, Apache Tomcat.
