About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Acceptance Testing Specialist to join our team at Edenred Payment Solutions. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform final gateway validation of new/changed products on testing environments to ensure exact match to agreed customer requirements specification.
  • Validate new/changed products on testing environments from a client's perspective prior to formal user acceptance testing.
  • Review requirements and create test plans to ensure thorough testing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiencies in current testing processes.
  • Log, track, and analyze issues resulting from internal system integration testing, and collaborate with internal teams and project managers on issue resolution and retesting.
  • Provide direct support to clients during their formal user acceptance testing period to validate issues and maintain a known issues list.
  • Contribute to improvements in processes, procedures, and tools used day-to-day for quality and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure the quality of delivered product changes through thorough testing and validation.
  • Work effectively with internal teams, service, and project managers to ensure consistency of product changes is delivered.
  • Engage with clients during user acceptance testing, assisting with issue reproduction and resolution, and documentation.
  • Communicate clearly on all aspects of internal validation, user acceptance testing, issue investigation, and progress.
  • Assist project managers during new/changed product delivery to the client.
  • Proactively create and expand knowledge base articles via Confluence/Sharepoint.
Requirements
  • A working understanding of SQL, including the ability to write basic-intermediate queries.
  • Basic understanding of UNIX commands for navigating directories and viewing files.
  • Technical background/testing experience.
  • Experience creating test plans based on collated requirements.
  • Manual testing experience.
  • Ability to understand and learn technical information quickly.
  • Familiarity with XML.
  • Comfortable working in a technology space, solving client testing issues, and issues within this domain, sometimes within tight timescales.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, persistent, ability to work independently, and follow through to deliver objectives.
  • Positive attitude and outlook, determined, enthusiastic, and resilient with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with good interpersonal skills.
  • Great organizational skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated to attain desired objectives and outcomes.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Tools.
