Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate new and changed products on testing environments to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Test products from a client's perspective before formal user acceptance testing.
  • Improve testing processes to increase efficiency.
  • Log, track, and analyze issues resulting from internal system integration testing.
  • Support clients during user acceptance testing to validate issues and maintain a known issues list.
  • Contribute to process improvements, procedures, and tools used for quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure the consistency of product changes delivered to clients.
  • Communicate clearly on all aspects of internal validation, user acceptance testing, and issue investigation.

Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic-intermediate queries.
  • Basic understanding of UNIX commands.
  • Technical background and testing experience.
  • Manual testing experience.
  • Familiarity with XML.
  • Ability to work in a technology space and solve client testing issues.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Tools.
