Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Test Manager to join our growing QA team at Edenred PayTech. As a Programme Test Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all quality assurance activities across a major programme of work within Compliance, designing and delivering test strategies and plans, and mentoring our more junior QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality programme delivery
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Support the business in defining functional and non-functional test requirements
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business
  • Manage and maintain test environments
  • Develop and disseminate test reporting

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in Programme Test Management, preferably with microservice architectures and web applications
  • Demonstrable experience across all types of functional and non-functional testing
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams with excellent engagement and communication skills
  • Practical experience in test script development, load/stress/soak testing, workload modelling, performance monitoring, and test reporting
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, APIs, web services, databases, and message queues
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification (minimum)
