About the Role

The Babcock International Group is seeking a highly skilled Sub Contract Manager to join our team. As a Sub Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing contracts with subcontractors to provide facilities management and catering services across three secured sites in the Southwest of England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the contract with subcontractors to ensure efficient service delivery and integration of facilities management functions.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with the Subcontract, including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Be accountable for the management of Facilities Management budgetary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with management of contractors.
  • Experience working in partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and with people from apprentices to senior management.
  • A person who is adaptable and self-confident in navigating uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity in order to deliver continuous improvement.
  • Drivers license - contract management for multiple sites.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
