About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Office Manager to join our team at Search. As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Provide exceptional support to our teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of organizational skills, promoting high standards, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Effective delegation skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
