We are currently seeking a Territory Manager for our Blocks division. This position is ideal for candidates located in the North region.

Key Responsibilities

As a Territory Manager, you will oversee and enhance a designated sales area, focusing on both new business acquisition and performance optimization to meet established sales objectives, including volume and profitability.

Primary Duties

  • Develop and implement territory sales strategies for both new and existing clients in the North region.
  • Plan and execute sales and appointment initiatives.
  • Establish a robust pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Identify and cultivate premium product opportunities.
  • Assist in executing Key Account Plans within your territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Internal Sales Representatives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a best-in-class experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in field sales.

  • Demonstrated experience in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Located in the North region.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Account Management.
  • Strong communication and numerical skills.
  • Adept at data interpretation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster long-term relationships with key and potential clients.
  • Proficient communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and efficiently.
