Position Overview

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a thriving craft beverage company? This Territory Sales Leader position presents a unique chance to make a significant impact within a local brewery that is currently undergoing remarkable growth and development.

We have two positions available due to our ongoing expansion – one focusing on the Northwest region and the other on the Northeast area.

In this role, you will leverage your experience in the beverage industry to oversee and enhance our direct distribution channels across the Northern territories and beyond, with a particular emphasis on the independent and regional on-trade sector.

Collaborating closely with the Sales Director, you will be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies, negotiating agreements, and driving overall profitability. This position requires a hands-on approach, where you will cultivate strong client relationships and actively contribute to our commercial initiatives.
