Territory Sales Leader - Terapia Respiratoria

Actualmente, están en busca de un talentoso Territory Sales Leader para gestionar la región indicada, donde serás responsable de liderar, gestionar y entrenar a un equipo multidisciplinario, teniendo plena responsabilidad sobre la entrega de ventas en tu área para su cartera de productos respiratorios.

El rol implica supervisar un equipo de especialistas con diversas disciplinas y sería ideal para alguien con sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, coaching y asesoramiento, capaz de comunicar expectativas y objetivos claros, además de contar con un historial comprobable de éxito en ventas.

Perfil del Candidato:

  • Gerente de ventas experimentado con un sólido conocimiento de la industria farmacéutica y, preferiblemente, experiencia en el área de terapia respiratoria.
  • Buena comprensión del entorno del NHS / Atención Sanitaria.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, incluyendo negociación y presentación.
  • Excelentes habilidades de planificación y organización, incluyendo gestión de cuentas comerciales.
  • Capacidad para elaborar casos de negocio sólidos y desplegar recursos de manera efectiva para satisfacer las necesidades de la región y/o del cliente.
  • Habilidad para gestionar el presupuesto regional y maximizar los resultados del gasto.
  • Experiencia en coaching efectivo de equipos con diversas habilidades, capacidades y conocimientos.
  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión de línea y gestión del rendimiento.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar y maximizar el potencial individual en línea con los objetivos del negocio y/o del rol específico.
