Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and friendliness
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and stocked with materials
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Organise and schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange refreshments
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure equipment is maintained and fully operational
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring workspaces are ready and providing support
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in Administration & Reception and supporting key stakeholders
  • Immaculately presented and professional demeanor
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle a varied workload and interact confidently with individuals at all levels

  • Competitive salary between £25,000 - £29,000, depending on experience
