Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Diary management for IT support engineers
- Logging jobs and allocating planned maintenance tasks to engineers
- Implement good processes for storing information
- Coordinate subcontracted works and ensure correct allocation to suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers and instruct work
- Windows 10 experience with hands-on knowledge
- Contract support, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Administration, scheduling, and work planning experience
In return, you'll be working on a 2-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension, gaining experience within a large, well-established organization. You'll be based in Speke, working 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), from 8am-4pm, and will be paid between £15-£16 per hour, paid weekly every Friday.
