About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Diary Management for IT support engineers
  • Logging jobs
  • The allocation of planned maintenance tasks to engineers with the contractual schedules
  • To implement good processes regarding storage of information
  • To coordinate subcontracted works and ensure the works are correctly allocated to the best supplier
  • Liaising with suppliers, instructing work and carting as a first point of response

Requirements

  • Windows 10 experience - hands on
  • Contract support, Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Administration/scheduling/work planning experience

What We Offer

In return, you will be working on a 2-month temporary contract, with the possibility for extension, gaining experience within a large, well-established organisation. You will be based in Speke, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), working from 8am-4pm. You will be paid between £15-£16 per hour, paid weekly, every Friday.
