We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations team in managing contracts, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of contracts, including contractual schedules and payment terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the allocation of planned maintenance tasks to engineers and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Implement and maintain effective processes for storing and retrieving information.
- Liaise with suppliers and instruct work as needed.
Requirements
