About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations team in managing contracts, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of contracts, including contractual schedules and payment terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the allocation of planned maintenance tasks to engineers and ensure compliance with contractual schedules.
- Implement and maintain effective processes for storing and retrieving information.
- Liaise with suppliers to instruct work and ensure correct allocation of tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration, scheduling, or work planning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
