Job Overview:

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our sales and operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and supporting sales and operations team members to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop sales and operations team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create a climate of customer service excellence and client development.
  • Focus on overall store management, including team development, scheduling, and training to ensure a high-performing team.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Coach sales professionals on effective selling behaviors and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Implement clienteling programs to develop and retain customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Motivate and develop sales professionals through coaching, performance management, and training to ensure a high-performing team.
