Job Summary
Frontline Security Solutions UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Desk Administrator to join our team. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage incoming service requests and incidents in our system
- Collaborate with the team to schedule and coordinate service visits and maintenance activities
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests
- Manage and maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on service request status and trends
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or service desk environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM or ERM software tools
