Job Summary

Frontline Security Solutions UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Desk Administrator to join our team. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and manage incoming service requests and incidents in our system
  • Collaborate with the team to schedule and coordinate service visits and maintenance activities
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on service request status and trends
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or service desk environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM or ERM software tools
