Job Description
Service Desk Administrator Role
We're seeking a skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Recording service support calls and collaborating with the team to schedule engineer visits
- Communicating with service providers to coordinate overseas service calls
- Placing orders for spare parts and ensuring timely delivery
- Coordinating preventative maintenance visits and generating completion paperwork
- Providing weekly updates on outstanding service calls to major clients
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience with CRM or ERM software is desirable, but not essential. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8-5, fully office-based.
