Job Description
Service Desk Administrator Role
We're looking for a skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team. As a Service Desk Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- Recording incoming service support calls via phone and email in our system
- Collaborating with the team to schedule engineers' service visits for our overseas clients
- Communicating with Service Providers in EMEA and Asia Pac to coordinate overseas service calls
- Placing orders for spare parts needed for call-backs and ensuring timely delivery to the site
- Coordinating preventative maintenance visits with clients and engineers overseas
- Generating completion paperwork for preventative measures visits addressing any follow-up calls and remedial works
- Logging LSP invoices for completed calls and collaborating with the sales team to provide applicable service work quotes
- Providing weekly updates on outstanding service calls to major clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience using a CRM or ERM software tool (desirable)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in call logging and reporting
- Good telephone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work under pressure with good multitasking and prioritization skills
- Capable of using your own initiative to facilitate workflow
- Keen to support other team members and show reasoned decision-making skills
