About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Desk Administrator to join our team at Chubb Fire & Security Group. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and manage service requests in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with engineers to schedule service visits and ensure timely delivery of spare parts
  • Communicate with clients and service providers to coordinate service calls and preventative maintenance visits
  • Generate completion paperwork and log invoices for completed calls
  • Provide weekly updates on outstanding service calls to major clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience using a CRM or ERM software tool
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Capable of using own initiative to facilitate workflow and support team members
