Job Overview

Position: Field Sales Representative

Location: Aberystwyth

Compensation: £24,000 - £120,000

We provide a foundational salary of £24,000 annually, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £75,000 in the first year and up to £120,000 in the second year.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Company Background:

Spark Energy Consultants Ltd is an innovative startup operating within the ECO4 Energy Efficiency sector. Our sales professionals utilize a specialized mobile application to identify properties eligible for the Government-Backed ECO4 Scheme. Eligible households can receive complimentary funding for energy efficiency improvements, aiding in reducing energy expenses and transitioning to renewable heating technologies and solar energy.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join Spark Energy Consultants Ltd.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a valid UK Driver's License
  • Preferably be fluent in the Welsh Language
  • Live in or near Aberystwyth
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in direct sales
  • Exhibit confidence and determination to secure 3-5 new clients weekly
  • Be self-motivated and willing to travel within their designated area in Wales
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and proficiency in daily administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our mobile application to identify homes that qualify for the ECO4 Scheme.
  • Conduct daily cold calls to potential clients.
  • Monitor and manage personal KPIs within the sales application to achieve weekly targets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with property owners to enhance your sales pipeline.

Monday to Friday
