We provide a foundational salary of £24,000 annually, with the potential to earn up to £75,000 in the first year and £120,000 in the second year through on-target earnings.

About Us:
Spark Energy Consultants Ltd is an innovative startup operating within the ECO4 Energy Efficiency sector. Our dedicated sales team utilizes a specialized mobile application to identify properties that qualify for the Government-Backed ECO4 Scheme.
Eligible households can receive complimentary funding for energy efficiency improvements, helping to lower their energy expenses and transition to renewable heating solutions and solar energy.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant for Energy Solutions at Spark Energy Consultants Ltd.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a valid UK Driver's License
- Be proficient in the Welsh Language (preferred but not mandatory)
- Reside in or near Aberystwyth
- Have a minimum of one year’s experience in Direct Sales
- Exhibit determination and confidence, with the ability to secure 3-5 new clients weekly.
- Be self-motivated and willing to travel throughout their designated area in Wales.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our mobile application to identify homes eligible for the ECO4 Scheme.
- Conduct daily cold calls to potential clients.
- Monitor and manage personal KPIs within the sales application to achieve weekly targets.
- Foster relationships with property portfolio owners to enhance your sales pipeline.
