About the Role

Coronet is seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts in the PAN EMEA region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy that aligns with Coronet's business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and coach a team of Account Executives and Channel Managers to achieve individual and team goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and channel resellers to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.
  • Forecast and Analyze Sales Performance: Develop and maintain sales forecasts, monitor sales activity, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry, with experience in both direct and channel sales environments.
  • Strong Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and market trends across both direct and channel sales.
  • Team Management: Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, including both direct Account Executives and Channel Managers.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and stakeholders across both direct and channel sales.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
