Regional Vice President

CoStar Group is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead our sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and exceeds budgeted targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with CoStar Group's overall business objectives.
- Lead a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and exceed budgeted growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers in the UK.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operating standards and metrics that drive sales performance.
- Attract, develop, and retain a winning team of sales professionals.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in commercial real estate or a related industry.
- Experience managing sales teams in a fast-paced, highly relational environment.
- Ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deploy sales analytics and metrics-based decision support tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and constituents.
