Regional Vice President Job Description

CoStar Group is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead our sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and exceeds budgeted targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with CoStar Group's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and exceed budgeted growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers in the UK.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operating standards and metrics that drive sales performance.
  • Attract, develop, and retain a winning team of sales professionals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in commercial real estate or a related industry.
  • Experience managing sales teams in a fast-paced, highly relational environment.
  • Ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deploy sales analytics and metrics-based decision support tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and constituents.
