We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development. This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region and drive business growth for Lemma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the EMEA region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier agencies and brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Ad Tech/Programmatic sales, with a proven track record of success in the EMEA region.
  • Strong network of contacts at top-tier agencies and brands, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
