Job Title: Vice President, Account Management

Fortrea is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our business development efforts and drive commercial growth. As Vice President, Account Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive top-line growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of business development directors to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between sales, client services, and operational functions.
  • Establish and sustain executive-level client relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing team of sales directors, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
  • Demonstrated success in driving large-scale business transformations and achieving growth.
  • Experience in driving net sales minimum $1 billion.
  • Ability to manage difficult client and/or financial situations.
  • Strong leadership experience in leading and presenting to executives and senior levels of the client organization.
