Regional Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Coronet is seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts in the PAN EMEA region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Coronet's business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and coach a team of Account Executives and Channel Managers to achieve individual and team goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and channel resellers to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.
- Forecast and Analyze Sales Performance: Forecast sales performance, monitor sales activity, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry, with experience in both direct and channel sales environments.
- Strong Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and market trends across both direct and channel sales.
- Team Management: Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, including both direct Account Executives and Channel Managers.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and stakeholders across both direct and channel sales.
