Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our expanding Acquisitions team at National Car Parks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering new car park opportunities across the UK, ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving growth of our estate/assets through site acquisition and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Car Park Acquisition: Identify and deliver new car park opportunities, either from existing competitor sites or through negotiation and development opportunities.
  2. Estate Growth: Ensure growth of the estate/assets through site acquisition, ensuring any new business delivers set hurdle rates for capital investment.
  3. Target Achievement: Deliver set targets for the opening of new car parks from within the area.
  4. Pipeline Management: Build, maintain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, including a detailed sales process, contact, and activity database.
  5. Competitor Analysis: Monitor local competitor activity and use it to develop appropriate strategies to maximise acquisition potential.

This is a field-based role that will see you out on the roads for much of the week, as well as based out of one of our NCP offices. There is also the flexibility to work from home where necessary.
