As a Marketplace Consultant, you will work closely with a portfolio of 12-14 medium to large businesses to help them grow and succeed on the Amazon marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of various projects, contribute to program evolution, and develop expertise in a specific area within the program.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 12-14 businesses to drive revenue growth through a strong understanding of marketplace programs and tools.
- Analyze customer data to provide strategic recommendations for enhancing seller potential.
- Implement and track metrics to measure seller success and identify growth opportunities.
- Engage with prospective businesses for our Strategic Account Services (SAS) program based on their needs.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking account information and sales progress.
- Deliver business reviews to clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace ecosystem.
- Manage projects related to our newly launched Paid Service program.
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience with 1+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within an organization.
- Success in exceeding sales targets through a consultative approach.
- Passion for enhancing customer user experience and translating needs into requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort in ambiguous environments.
