Wakefield - Student Welfare Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with disengaged students to promote their attendance and conduct in accordance with school guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with SENCOs, relevant staff, parents, and external organizations to ensure the well-being of students is prioritized.
- Adapt strategies and learning goals to cater to the needs of individual learners.
- Maintain accurate records for assessment and feedback purposes.
- Work sensitively with all students, adhering to the school's safeguarding policies.
- Mentor specific students assigned to you, ensuring they receive consistent support in behavior, attendance, and pastoral care.
- Contribute as a member of the Learning Support Team.
- Represent the school positively and professionally, demonstrating an engaging, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor.
