Leader Recruitment Group is in search of a dedicated SEND Learning Mentor to become part of a vibrant educational environment. The successful candidate will possess experience in providing individualized support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role focuses on assisting students facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, particularly within Key Stages 3 and 4.
Working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, ensuring a consistent and supportive framework for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children or young individuals, particularly those exhibiting challenging behaviors or requiring additional assistance.
- Demonstrate compassion and patience while addressing the complex needs of students.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and staff.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to respond to the evolving needs of students.
- Uphold a commitment to child welfare and safeguarding protocols.
