About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant - Learning Support. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and learning support to students, including those with special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized learning plans to support student progress.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of support services.
Requirements
  • High aspirations for students and a commitment to supporting their academic and personal growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students and the academy.
  • Knowledge of special educational needs and the ability to provide tailored support to students with diverse learning requirements.
