As the Student Support Facilitator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with learners on a daily basis to promote the educational offerings available.
- Conducting initial assessments in literacy, numeracy, and learning difficulties/disabilities to ensure learners are well-informed about their educational journey.
- Providing prospective and current learners with clear and accessible information regarding learning and skills development.
- Contributing to a collaborative approach that facilitates a seamless transition for learners back into the community.
To excel in the role of Student Support Facilitator, you will need:
- Relevant experience in conducting initial assessments and supporting the learning of individuals and groups.
- A willingness to obtain level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy within an agreed timeframe.
