Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the schedules and workloads of multiple consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing waiting lists for both inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Coordinating patient appointments and clinic bookings.
  • Organizing and managing consultants' diaries.
  • Documenting meeting minutes as required.
  • Composing clinic correspondence and responding to patient inquiries.

This position is crucial for ensuring a seamless patient experience from initial referral through treatment. You will also provide support to colleagues during their absences.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • AMSPAR Diploma or equivalent qualifications, or a minimum of two years of medical secretarial experience.
  • Level 2 RSA/OCR word processing/typing qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Level 3 word processing/typing qualification.
