Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our oncology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Sister and other clinical staff
  • Manage and coordinate patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
