This is a high-profile role within the firm, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, working closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including onboarding clients and maintaining partner diaries
- Ensure accounts are up to date and accurate, working closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and administrative support
- Contribute to the growth and development of the business, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong accounting experience
- Proactive and able to work to tight deadlines, producing accurate work under pressure
- Experience working in a professional services firm, such as accounting, law, or engineering
