About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Associate Director to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for delivering debt-led funding solutions to small to medium-sized enterprises in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Midlands region in delivering debt-led funding solutions to complex and event-driven opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial systems and information
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to appraise opportunities
  • Work closely with the client base to provide bespoke funding solutions

Requirements

  • Chartered accountant with post-qualification experience in corporate banking or corporate finance
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
