Administrative Coordinator

Location: Central Birmingham

Who are we seeking?

We are in search of a motivated and client-oriented individual with a solid background in customer service and relevant experience in a comparable position. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to foster a friendly environment and deliver exceptional service to all visitors and callers.

A strong customer-focused approach is crucial, along with a sincere commitment to assisting and supporting individuals who engage with the reception area.

Outstanding customer service capabilities, including adept problem-solving skills, organizational prowess, and patience, are essential for this role. Our perfect candidate will adeptly manage multiple tasks simultaneously and exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

What will your responsibilities include?

  • Welcoming visitors with a friendly and inviting attitude upon their arrival and throughout their stay
  • Handling and routing incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Addressing inquiries from clients, staff, and external stakeholders, providing precise information and support
  • Ensuring the reception area is neat and organized, reflecting a polished image of the organization
  • Overseeing the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed
  • Supporting various administrative functions
  • Collaborating with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
  • Complying with organizational policies, procedures, and security measures consistently
