In the role of a Mortgage Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional service through both telephonic and written communication with key mortgage brokers, fostering robust relationships. Collaborating with Account Managers, you will drive sales initiatives and ensure that performance metrics are achieved.
As a Mortgage Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming telephonic inquiries from intermediaries, delivering outstanding customer service regarding product details and eligibility criteria.
- Collaborating closely with Account Managers to support the execution of Account Plans by proactively reaching out to essential intermediary partners to enhance sales.
- Providing Account Managers with consistent updates based on broker feedback and market insights, assisting them in recognizing new business opportunities.
- Assessing intermediary requirements, clarifying details, and offering precise solutions across the full range of product offerings.
- Projecting a professional image of the organization to ensure a positive experience for brokers throughout their engagement.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in telephone sales within a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Brokerage environment.
- Proficiency in managing inbound service calls, conducting outbound communications, and overseeing email correspondence.
- Exceptional skills in relationship development and effective communication.
- Strong abilities in objection handling and problem resolution.
