Clinical Services Coordinator

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Specialised Mental Health team as a Clinical Services Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide vital support to our busy BSW Perinatal team, who work with women experiencing mental health issues during pregnancy or in the first year after giving birth.
Main Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and responding to messages in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Managing the admin inbox and responding to incoming mail appropriately.
- Using patient records systems to upload documents and update progress notes.
- Processing referrals and setting up appointments.
- Formatting letters and providing administrative support to the team.
- Minute taking and providing support to our Medical Consultants.

Person Specification
- Excellent communication skills and experience of working in a team.
- Good IT skills in Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- Experience of general office and administrative procedures.
- Desirable: experience of working in an NHS background.
