About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Specialised Mental Health team as a Clinical Services Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide vital support to our busy BSW Perinatal team, who work with women experiencing mental health issues during pregnancy or in the first year after birth.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and managing our shared admin inbox. You will also be responsible for updating patient records, processing referrals, and setting up appointments. Additionally, you will assist with minute-taking, formatting letters, and other general administrative tasks.
Person Specification
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, experience of working in a team, and good IT skills in Outlook and Microsoft Word. You will also need to have experience of general office and administrative procedures. Experience of working in an NHS background is desirable.
