About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Clinical Services Administrator to join our Specialised Mental Health team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our BSW Perinatal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and effectively dealing with messages
- Using patient records system, including uploading documents
- Processing referrals and setting up appointments
- Formatting letters and updating progress notes
- Helping to manage the admin inbox and responding to incoming mail
- Minute taking and providing administrative support to the team
Person Specification
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, experience of working in a team, and good IT skills in Outlook and Microsoft Word. Experience of general office and administrative procedures is also essential. A background in the NHS is desirable.
