About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Clinical Services Administrator to join our Specialized Mental Health team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our BSW Perinatal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the BSW Perinatal team, including managing the admin inbox, responding to emails, and taking accurate messages.
- Assist with managing lone working and supporting the Duty worker with administrative tasks.
- Take minutes and provide support to our Medical Consultants.
- Update progress notes on Rio and upload documents.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the needs of the service.
