Fitness Floor Ambassador

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Floor Ambassador to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and promoting a positive and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of service to members through greeting and engagement
- Ensure the gym floor is clean and tidy, and equipment is properly maintained
- Assist members with their fitness goals and provide guidance on equipment usage
- Develop strong relationships with members and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by being proactive and flexible
Requirements
- Graduate of a recognized fitness certification program (e.g. REPS L3)
- Strong understanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Passion for health and fitness
