Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Floor Ambassador to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of service to all members through greeting and engagement
  • Ensure the gym floor is clean and tidy, and equipment is properly maintained
  • Assist members with their fitness goals and provide guidance on equipment usage
  • Develop strong relationships with members and colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the overall success of the club by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Graduate of a recognized fitness qualification (e.g. REPS L3 or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Passion for health and fitness
