Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Floor Ambassador to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere on the gym floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a five-star service to all members through greeting and member engagement
  • Responsible for ensuring the gym floor is clean and tidy
  • Ensure equipment is in the correct place within the gym floor
  • Hand out towels to members
  • Interact with members with professional and focus on building rapport to provide an elevated experience
  • Provide support to members by ensuring a safe environment and assist members where necessary
  • Attend workshops as necessary

Requirements

  • Graduate of REPS L3 or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail and prioritisation skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Passion for health and fitness
