We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Floor Ambassador at Equinox. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and providing support to our Personal Trainer Manager and MNR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of service to members through greeting and engagement
  • Ensure the gym floor is clean and tidy, and equipment is in the correct place
  • Hand out towels to members and interact with them in a professional and friendly manner
  • Support members by ensuring a safe environment and assisting them where necessary
  • Attend workshops as required to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Graduate of REPS L3 or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail and prioritisation skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Passion for health and fitness
