Fitness Product Manager
Transforming Fitness Experiences
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Product Manager to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members, driving revenue growth, and leading our Fitness Experience team to success.
About You
- Minimum of Level 2 fitness qualified, or currently working towards this
- Ability to teach classes to a high standard both in the studio and on the gym floor
- Ability to mentor, motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve their potential
- Ability to performance manage team members and ensure the whole team are working to the required standards
- Ability to meet set targets and deadlines
- Ability to be self-motivated and proactive in your duties
- Great communication skills
