Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of personal trainers and group exercise instructors, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional member experiences.
- Ensure the fitness floor is always energized and engaging, with a focus on delivering memorable member journeys and creating a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Champion group exercise programs, delivering a minimum of 15 signature classes per week and recruiting top talent to keep our classes fresh and exciting.
- Maintain pristine training spaces, lead by example, and ensure the club is always clean and well-maintained.
- As a Duty Manager, provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every member and guest feels welcomed and inspired from the moment they walk through the door.
